What does it look like to sell with me?

Selling your home involves a bit of work. When I come to your home for the pre-listing walk through, we will have a lot to talk about. I'll have a lot of questions for you so I can gain a better understanding of the condition of your home, your reason for selling and your goals.  Are you wanting a quick sale or are you comfortable waiting a little longer to get a better price? Knowing your motivations for selling helps me to build a plan of action so I can help you reach your goals.

Are there any repairs that need to be done before you sell? I will give you some recommendations of things that would be a good idea to complete before going on the market. I will also let you know anything stands out to me that an inspector may flag so that way you can take care of things on the front end.

You can also expect to get a little bit of "homework" from me - I will leave behind a packet that includes helpful information, tips, and documents. I will need you to fill everything out as completely and accurately as you can so that way I will have the full picture of your home and any issues or updates and repairs. When it is time for me to come back for listing photos, I will pick up the completed packet and you're ready to hit the market!

After your listing goes live, it's time to market. It is my goal to get buyer's off the computer and into your home so they can fall in love with it!

2. I learn all about you, what you love about your current home, and what you're plan is after you sell - if you're planning to buy, we will discuss what you want in your next home.

3. I will show you my strategy for getting your house maximum exposure - and how we will get you the best possible price.
